Embraer has expanded the Bocatu plant for the assembly of the Phenom, and with the program on the way Embraer has confirmed the installation of the wing and engines on the first Phenom 300, an executive jet from the Brazilian manufacturer.
This steps maintain the Phenom 300 program on the schedule for jet’s first flight at mid-year.
This jet was assembled at Bocatu (fuselage) and then came to the production hangar at Gavião Peixoto, for engines installation and systems integration.
Virtual Reality Center was used intensively among CATIA V5 software by Embraer development team.
