Airbus KC-30 Tanker selected By U.S. Air Force

U.S. Air Force as announced the selection of the Airbus KC-45A Tanker after evaluation.
The contract signed by U.S. Air Force has a estimated value of US$ 40 billion for 179 aircraft deliveries.
The initial KC-45A contract is valued at US$ 1.5 billion.
The Tanker is based on the EADS A330 MRTT, Multi Role Tanker Transport
